"Zero stars was not allowed"
Zero stars was not allowed. TOTAL SCAM, move on. My daughter ordered a car seat for her baby, about $95. They sent FedEx tracking for a 1.5# box that was 13 x 10 x 2. How do you fit a 13 lb. baby seat into a pizza box? No reply to numerous emails. Had to file a complaint with PayPal to get a refund. TOTAL RIPOFF.
